1. Definitions

“The provider” refers to Aromaria, represented by Maria CHRISTOPHE. “The client” refers to any individual or company having signed a quote or ordered an event perfume bar service.

2. Purpose

These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Aromaria and its clients for any event olfactory animation service (perfume bar set-up, guest hosting, bottle handover). Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Aromaria may change its prices at any time; the service is invoiced at the rate in force when the quote is signed.

4. Formation of the contract

The order becomes final when the client signs the quote, together with any deposit specified in it. The quote states the date, venue, duration, number of bottles and total price.

5. Payment

Payment may be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer, according to the terms and schedule stated in the quote.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving reasons. Under article L.221-28 of the same code, this right no longer applies to leisure services to be provided on a specific date.

7. Cancellation and force majeure

Cancellation terms are specified in the quote. Aromaria cannot be held liable for non-performance or delay due to force majeure as defined by French case law.

8. Warranties and complaints

Services benefit from the French legal warranties of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Complaints may be sent by e-mail and will be handled as quickly as possible.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of aromaria.fr (texts, photographs, videos, logo, visual identity) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Personal data (GDPR)

Information sent through the quote form is only used to reply to the client and prepare the quote. It is never sold or passed on to third parties. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you may access, rectify or delete your data by e-mail.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
